So this is a kind of depressing post, but I wanted to get a range of opinions. Basically, my boyfriends brother unfortunately tried to commit suicide last week. He's thankfully okay and was admitted to a rehab center the next day. But now it's been about a week and he's coming home to "see how he does." Is it me or is 1 week in rehab WAY too short of a time period for someone who tried something like this. I love my boyfriend and respect his families wishes to have their son back in their house again but I'm so concerned for this poor kid. 1 week is way too soon to assume he's okay now and "see how he does".
