No. 15 weeks is too early to tell. I've heard too many stories of people going to their 20 week scan and finding out the gender was wrong when they were told early.

but i have to go in again at 20 weeks to confirm , so idk lol

That is most definitely a girl !!

I got an early gender scan at 16 weeks you can most definitely tell it's a boy . The ultrasound tech has confirmed every ultrasound up to 32 weeks it's still a boy . 
The ones that are not so accurate are people getting them 11-13 weeks even 15 weeks .
