If you know that you used the test correctly call the customer service number and even though you have to answer their questions they will send you out another for free. I bought a pack of ovulation tests and followed directions to a T and about half the pack was inconclusive. I called their # and they sent me a new pack in the mail. When you are constantly buying tests due to TTC those tests add up!
