Bad cramps when have to go #2?

Anyone else getting this. I get super bad cramps when I have to have a BM. Unfortunately sometimes it takes a little bit to go too so just have to sit through the pains 😣

Yes, the last 2 days have been like this for me. It's dreadful! 38w3d. Sometimes I need to run like hell to the bathroom but getting up is such a struggle. The cramps are pretty intense. I'm trying to tell myself 'Ha - these are nothing compared to what you WILL be feeling!' :(
