I'm 37+2 and saw my doctor yesterday. Was told I was 3-4cm and 50 percent effaced. I've been losing mucus since 34 weeks when I was at 1cm. This morning I used the restroom and noticed the mucus was a bit more yellow. Then about 3 hours ago after nap, I used the restroom and felt this fall out as I wiped. Is this something I should call about or wait until I get stronger contractions/water breaks?! Been having back pain and cramps since, but am not totally dying yet.
