I just got some red raspberry leaf. Did it help anyone conceive? Or it made no difference.

I've been drinking 2 or 3 cups daily for 2 months now and it definitely helped my cycle in the first month. I'd have 34+ day irregular cycles and my last was a perfect 28 days. I think herbal medicine is the way to go. Keeping my fingers crossed I will conceive soon but for now I'm trying to focus on getting myself regular.

I think the tea also helped me to produce more fertile cm 😊
