So today a lot of times when I pee I have noticed slight pressure in the vagina. Then tonight I feel just a smidge crampy off and on. No bleeding or spotting or extra discharge or anything. I am almost 21 weeks with baby number 4. Baby has been moving all day as normal.  Anyone else have anything like this? Is this normal?
