Can BH occur only on one side of your abdomen?

TMI but every time my husband and I have sex the lower part of my right abdomen becomes a hard ball that sticks out. With my first pregnancy after having sex my BH was just all over. Is it possible to only get it on one side? Or is the hard ball not normal?
