bloating!?
Anyone know besides midol that stops bloating ? It's really bad like so bad my pants are tight. It's never been this bad before and my hips hurt soooo bad is that normal for a period? Weird part is I'm not even bleeding. Like I am but vvvvvvvvvvvvl more like spotting but I have cramps
