My LO has had a lump under her right nipple for about 3 weeks (that I've noticed-probably been there longer). It is pretty small and moveable. In doing research online it sounds like it could be a breast bud but I am not breastfeeding so now I'm confused and worried it might be something else. She is almost 7 months old. Anybody have any insight? Plan on bringing her to the pediatrician next week probably.
