people who have already conceived , what days around ovulation did you bd ? what days are good if i don't feel like bd'ing a lot ???

ok so from my experience I've had 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls. 
For the girls I bedded one day before ovulation so as soon as I got a surge and dor my boys it was about 24 hours after a surge. this time (number 5) has been hard as Ive got endometriosis and not as young as I used to be but otherwise one day before ovulation and day of ovulation 😊

I was using ovia so I started to BD in the first day of my fertile window - I decided to use an ovulation test and sure enough was about to ovulate (earlier than ovia said) so we BD that night + 3 nights after and got preggo first try.

The "best" days to BD are the day you get a positive OPK and for the two days after that. So really only 3 times per month lol!

As much as people say to BD at and after you ovulate, you really need to be BDing before! Sperm can be viable in the cervix/uterus/fallopian tubes for up to FOUR days (crazy to me!) whereas the egg is only viable for 12-48 hours after the release. If there's already viable sperm in there to greet the egg, you'll be more likely to conceive! But definitely be BDing at and for a day or two after ovulation just to make doubly sure. Every woman's body is different.
