Breast pain???

Okay ladies, so I have been having a random sharp pain on a pretty small but good sized on the top left part of my right breast and the middle of my chest. The pain last for about a half hour and happens a few times through out the day. When I feel it I can't really tell if I have a lump or not. This has been happening for about a week. I have no idea what it could be and I'm terrified of the doctor so I would like to not go if it's nothing serious. I'm 18, I'm not pregnant, and I'm not on birth control or any medication that have any correlation to hormones.
