Anyone have any luck finding a pump that fits small nipples? I have the medela pump and the 19mm flanges are still too big! I've been having milk supply issues and everyone keeps telling me to keep pumping. The surrounding breast tissue around my nipples are sore and swollen from using the larger size. HELP PLEASE!
