I know they say you'll know! Had a sweep yesterday and been losing my plug all last night, well this morning I lost another massive part (like the size of my hand!) been having what i feel are contractions all last night and seem to be getting stronger today! Strong period pain, back ache, feel sick and really blah! Don't know if this is proper labour or to wait a while and phone the midwife? I'm a very nervous ftm!
