I so I came off the pill on the 23rd of September and had unprotected sex on the 28th and the 1st of October!! 
 I've been getting mild cramps,headache,tired and emotional!!  My period is in 8 days but I'm going to test on 1st of November! Do you think I'm pregnant?

Answer

If your due for your AF in 8 days you would've ovulated around October 6th. It's possible that when you had sex on the 1st that the sperm may have stayed till the 6th but who knows. The symptoms you may be feeling may just be the hormones leaving from the BC. Our minds can play tricks on us making us think and get symptoms like we are pregnant but we aren't.

I highly doubt it unless you had a period immediately. I think it's just hormones from coming off the pill. But I guess anythings possible.
