Lots and lots of water. But I also think drinking a Powerade or Gatorade a day has helped my supply. Also, eat a lot lol. After I had baby the weight was just shedding off from breastfeeding and lost all my weight, then I hit a plateau and tried to eat better which resulted in less calories overall and I noticed a drop in my supply. I e started not paying attention as much to what I eat and my supply is great now. I guess I'll wait a few more months to get back at it.

I eat oats everyday and always keep myself hydrated. And this organic tea works for me. I drink it whenever my milk supply is not good

I am currently breastfeeding now and i take fenugreek capsules  and coconut oil capsules and drink mothers milk tea and it has helped a ton plus lots of water.

Lots of water and plenty of oats. I was so sick of oats! The more you feed the more milk you produce too (so expressing will increase your supply too- but be careful not too express too much or you'll end up with very full,very sore breasts)
