Baby was normal

I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes at about 30 weeks. By that point i had gained 30 lbs. Started the diet right away. A few high post meal numbers occasionally but my fasting numbers were always normal. I was to be induced at 39+2 but went on my own at 38+5 baby was 6 lb 8 oz. 19 inches. Absolutely perfect. Added bonus was i lost 8 lbs before i gave birth and now im ten pounds from pre pregnancy weight. Anyone diagnosed: i know its hard but you can do it! Its so worth it when baby gets here :)
