Salmon or Not to Salmon???
I love canned Pink Salmon, and yesterday I was having cravings of white rice with salmon salad.
(In Puerto Rico we take the salmon from the can deboned it, and sliced onions and tomatoes, then add olive oil and vinager and eat it with white rice)
It was delicious!!! Stuffed myself and now I'm reading mixed information about eating canned fished raw.
What's been y'all experience?
