Did mothers milk tea make your lo gassy? If so, please comment on if you had any luck boosting your supply another way.

Unfortunately I find all the steps I've taken to boost supply cause gas.   I take fenugreek 3x a day along with prescription motillium.  I start my day with milk tea.   I find the least amount of gas comes from lactation cookies with flax andbrewers yeast
