Today was supposed to be my 11 week appointment where I would hear the heartbeat via Doppler. The heartbeat couldn't be picked up so I had a vaginal US done and that's when I discovered I had a miscarriage at 7w4d. This is my second loss and I think I'll need a lot more time healing since I saw the heartbeat at 6w4d and got pictures. I was on 200mg progesterone as well. I hope I get some answers next week.
