Early Pregnancy Symptoms

I hate to ask these questions on here but I am hoping someone could ease my mind. Lol

I have never been pregnant. Had my period Sept 27th. Had sex Oct 2, 5, and 9th.

Last 4 days I have had slight cramps, no bleeding. Since yesterday I have had cramps and also pain in my lower back. I have had lower back pain all night at today. I am just wodering if that could be sign of early pregnancy or no.It is too early to test and I am being impatient also. There is slight nausea at times.

Any help is appreciated.
