Self esteem

I had to be put on medical leave in June since I needed surgery on both of my hips...been on crutches since then two. I don't get out a lot...and can't wear and real pants....just sweats...can't exercise...my self esteem has gone down hill rapidly....I try to stay positive but unfortunately it's difficult. Being cooped up has a tendency to do that to me...
