anyone trying to spin a baby out of breech??

Hi! I'm 36 +3 and princess Gianna is currently breech. Started walking again in hopes she will turn. Anyone else doing natural remedies or have done something that worked in the past???

Have you tried the excercises on spinningbabies.com. ? My little guys was transverse and just recently flipped to head down. I'm thinking maybe all of those yoga poses helped!

I'm 35 weeks and my son was still breeched as of Monday. I went into the bathtub with warm water and an ice pack on top of my belly and sat like that for 15 minutes. Then I rolled on my left side and put the ice pack on the top of my belly again for about 5 mins and then went on all fours and had my belly in the water to see if he would turn. This morning I went for another sono (I am high risk due to gestational diabetes) and when I asked the tech she said he wasn't breeched any more. I also put music on my phone by my pelvic bone cause I read that they listen to the music. Not sure if it worked or he flipped himself but it's worth a try! Good luck!
