missed one pill but I want to stop taking them what should I do?
I missed my pill yesterday now I have bad cramps and I'm spotting a little. I had unprotected Monday and now I'm ovulating and I feel like there is no chance of me getting pregnant but what's the risk? I want to stop taking the pill all together but I don't know the best way.
