Help!!!!!

So my bf and I had sex unprotected. And I'm three days late on my period as it says on here. I took at test like a few days earlier then when I was supposed to get my period but it said I wasn't. Idk if it's cause it would've been to early or what? I've had a cold and had been nauseous because of that but I don't have other symptoms....
