My husband and I have been planning and preparing for a natural birth with a midwife in the hospital. Recently he asked that we put together instructions or guide for him while I'm in labor. I.E. - midwife&doula phone numbers, last minute items that aren't already packed and most importantly suggestions to support me. Breathing, positions, music etc. Has anyone made something similar? If so what did you include?
