Maid costume help!

I want to be a maid for Halloween but I'm having a lot of trouble finding a cheaper costume from apps like poshmark or Mercari. I can't be spending more than 30 bucks on a costume I'm in college 😅 can anyone give me advice on how to make any parts of a maid costume myself?? Like tips on where to find a dress, petticoat, or apron??
