C-Section 2 weeks PP undie question

Okay, so this might be a dumb question. I'm 2 weeks PP c section and have dermabond glue, is it okay to go back to wearing my regular under wear even if it touches the glue on the incision? I'm so tired of wearing the mesh underwear. I have my PP appointment on Monday and I'm too embarrassed to call the Dr and ask lol.
