Birth control concerns 🙁

I started a new brand of birth control maybe about almost 3 weeks ago. Ever since I started them I started getting really bad diarrhea about 3 or 4 hours right after I would take my pill (I took them at 6 pm) . After about a week and a half it started to where I would get diarrhea right when I would wake up . And then it started becoming on & off maybe every other day. But recently right when I wake up I get a really sharp pain below my stomach & I try to just sleep it back off. When I wake up again I get that sharp pain so I try to go to the bathroom but even if I do go it still hurts for maybe almost 30 minutes after. I never changed my food diet or just never changed anything at all. I have about 2 or 3 more active pills before I go onto my sugar pills. I have an appnt. For the doctors in 2 weeks but I just want to know what do you guys think ? Should I just stop taking the BC in all & see if it helps? Obviously if I do stop I have to be extra careful with sex but I should I stop & see if it helps ?
