Bought our first home!!! I am way too excited and we still have about a month until closing, but we've been waiting on this short sale for a few months now and are so excited that our offer finally got accepted by the bank! I'm so excited for this new chapter in our lives in this cute 3br2ba house.. it really couldn't be any more perfect 😊

I am getting SO SO SO anxious for our inspection in just 31 hours!! We were told that the sellers have already found a place to live so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we get to see the home fairly empty as its been over two months since we last saw it..
