TEXAS CHILDRENS WOMENS PAVILLION

I had my baby at the Texas children's women's Pavillion on Sept 4th and I remember filling out a form to get her social security and birth certificate.

I got her social in the mail 2 weeks later, but I haven't gotten her birth certificate.

Does Anyone that had their baby at Texas children's know how long it takes to get the birth certificate? Or did you have to order the birth certificate?

was it mailed to you or did you have to go get it somewhere?
