weight loss and diet
So I graduated High school two years ago, and people weren't lying when they talked about freshmen 15. I was so athletic in high school and in great shape and I've gained a lot of weight! I don't really know much about diets. I have read about high protein diets but how do you know what kind of diet is best for you? What are some really good foods? What are good workouts for weight loss? Should I spend more time on cardio or the strength machines?
