Chafing ?!!!

This is my first time dealing with chafing and it's extremely uncomfortable . And it's right on the groin muscle . My husband said to use jock itch spray , but it's so raw that the spray kinda stings . Are there any alternate treatments ? What works best for you ?

Honestly, as a member of the chub rub from almost 20 years, shorts. Wearing shorts under your clothing is th best advice I have.

You can use body glide, the kind that runners use to relieve/prevent chafing. Also there are anti-chafing creams you can use.

Use Cornstarch on the already raw skin, it will clear it right up!!!!
