HELP HELP HELP

Okay so I came to the Emergency room on 9/20/16 because i was spotting and my HCG level was 11 with a negative pregnancy test . I had a bleeding episode with alot of clotting so I just let it go i thought it was my period. I came back on Monday 9/10 because i was still spotting and my HCG level went to 34. I was so excited because i got a positive test and i was told to come back 3 days later which is today 9/13. My HCG level today was 43. The nurse told me that im having a miscarriage thats why i have been spotting and the numbers are not doing what they need to do. Mind you i had an ultrasound done and they didnt see anything wrong with my uterus or cervix everything is good No ectopic pregnancy in sight. So has anyone had this issue and they have a healthy Baby. I really need an answer because im beyond worried
