Missed Period? &..

Hi, my period is 1 week late and I am starting to wonder if I'm pregnant. I've had irregular periods before, it usually it's just a couple of days late..not a whole week. I'm also having very watery discharge. No other symptoms so far, and I took a pregnancy test about 3 days ago and it was a negative.. what should I do and do you think I'm pregnant?
