Pregnancy Cramps?
Has anyone else had painful "period like" cramps in the early stages of their pregnancy? I am having a little bit of spotting, but mostly just intense cramps, especially bad in the morning with a little nausea. I'm going to get checked on soon, but want to hear before then.
