It's technically not your menstrual period, but people do still bleed their entire pregnancy at the same time their period is usually due

I had my regular cycle the first 5 months with my daughter. Didn't find out until I was 15 weeks along (and that was just a fluke test because I felt weird since early that February and decided to take one again for the hell of it) I had extremely low hcg though, which would account for still having a period and the pregnancy didn't pick up on a home hcg test until farther into gestation.

I've been wondering the same thing... My mom had hers until 5 months.. Out of nowhere my cycle became irregular about 2 months ago and then this month was a day shorter...I'm not normally an eater I'll pick and save some for later..but I eat all day now and I eat it all ... Idk scared to get a negative though

Sure was! No one believes that she had her period the whole time though cause every one believes that you don't get your period at all when you're pregnant

It's not common but it can happen.  You would still get a positive pregnancy test (blood or urine) as you need hcg for the baby to develop in the first trimester.

Its not unheard of. There was an article in a national paper here during the week about a lady who had her period right up until she went into labour.
