It's mostly the left one but the right a little too and it's not my whole boobs, just specifically my nipples. Why is this happening?

It can be a sign of pregnancy I have that same problem but I'm not even pregnant as I know of but my sister in law's cousin said that having sore boobs is a sign or pregnancy I don't get sore boobs when I am on my period so I would say I could be pregnant
