Losing weight

Hey ladies! I'm a 22 year old stay-at-home mum of 18mo Evie (I'm in the purple, Evie in the pink, her daddy and her cousin Nevaeh).

I weigh 100.1kg and I want to lose at least 20kg. I am size 18 barely and want to get back to being able to fit size 14.

I've been trying to cut back on my junk food, doing more exercise, eating my food groups in moderation, but with an 18mo at home all the time, and my job as a ghostwriter, it's not working. I got to 98kg from starting weight of 102kg, and I just keep going back to 100kg.

Does anyone have any tips for me to help me lose weight?
