Tmi... but anyone else not pooping regular?

I go every few days and is usually only a little bit....I know constipation is normal but this is not right? Anyone else have this problem? Ugh...

Mine have just started to become a little "looser" the last couple days. I go 1-2 times a day now. I used to have poo that was kinda hard to push out. Not as much anymore. 😬

I swing back and forth every few days it seems like between going every 2-4 hours to being stopped up. Either way pooping is painful lately.

TMI but I'm 36 weeks and pooping regular,  but it's still painful and it's Green the last few times I have gone :( Am I doing something wrong? I drink about 100 ounces of water a day and I'm trying to avoid too many prescription or over the counter products. Should I be worried?

I did at one point and drinking about 60oz of water a day or more helped a lot depending on what I'm doing, but I have about 3 bottles of a 24oz bottle of water and oatmeal at night with walnuts and bananas to help my heartburn as well, I use almond milk also.

One cup of coffee always does the trick for me when I haven't been able to go for a few days 😂

Constipation is just part of it. Eat things high in fiber with your probios. If you are getting majorly "backed up" then you can use milk of Mag to help clear your system.

Yes! I take the equate daily fiber, the orange flavored one and sometimes Miralax which my obgyn said i could take. It helps a lot!
