How to quit a caffeine habit

Hi! I have a 9 month old who keeps me busy and overwhelmed as I am her sole caregiver (father works all day). After giving birth I've been more susceptible to migraines and cluster head aches, they've gotten bad enough to paralyze half my face for days on end. My doctors have not found a medication that is right for me yet. Going out to get coffee has been the key to keeping my sanity. It helps my headaches and going out for a couple minutes to pick up a cup of deliciousness gives me a little bit of stress relief that is much needed from caring for a walking 9 month old. Here's my beef; I'm spending about 30$ a week that I'd rather save. I would also like to lose some weight, and I know my habit isn't helping me out. I know I could brew at home and save some money that way but honestly what I make tastes like shit and still isn't helping the health aspect of my goals. Any tips or advice is much appreciated, please!!!
