any advice for treating period nausea and cramps naturally?

Anyone have advice for natural nausea and cramp relief? Most of the time when I get my period I'm sick as hell throwing up and have a nasty migrane I can't take pills bad gag reflex plz help!!!!!

I wish I could help. Try eating saltine crackers and drinking gatorade. I get period nausea and I actually take medicine & a nap for it. Try drinking a lot of water and sleeping if you can.

Have you tried ginger ale or sprite for your stomach? If you don't want the soda route a ginger tea would help. Ginger is a natural remedy for nausea and stomach issues. Now the headache is something different entirely, I usually sit in the shower and let the water flow over my head and try to relax.
