Pelvic floor pain after giving birth pls answer!

Has anyone ever experienced this after giving birth? Pls tell me what to do.. I'm in so much pain. I gave birth last week and my dumb ass decided to walk up flights of stairs. I been in pain for 2 days now I'm so sad and hurt. I can't do what I want with my baby.. I can't get out of bed normally.. When I pee it's so much pressure 😩😩😩😢😢
