cold sore? or just chapped lol

Okay ignore my pimples and my tiny mustache lol but is this a cold sore? Or just a tiny cut caused by my excessive lip biting / dry lips? I remember last night picking at them and tasting blood but I have pretty bad anxiety and I'm just scared it could be a cold sore.

Chapped. Cold sores come in lil bumps that are super hot and tingle/itch. If you gotta question it, then it's not a cold sore :)

It could turn into a Cold sore I would stay away from Carmex the same thing happened to me recently I had dry/cracked lips and it turned into a cold sore within a few days due to me putting on Carmex and I got an itchy tingly feeling and when I woke up the next day it was a full bloom cold sore
