freak out or nah?

Ok ladies! I have a question. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on 9/10. I was spotting about 10 days after, very lightly and it lasted 2 days. I did some research and implantation bleeding usually occurs 6-12 days after conception. So I panicked a little bit but figured I would wait it out until my period was due (Wednesday). Wednesday I took a pregnancy test which came up negative. Now we're 3 days late... I had a baby 4 months ago and I know your cycle is usually pretty irregular afterwards, and I know false negatives are always a thing. Should I be freaking out? 🤔😑😕
