Teething..? Amber teething necklace?

My little girl is about 3 and a half months old and she's been drooling a lot for the past like month and wanting to chew things and sick her hands. I'm sure that's signs of teething. I keep hearing about the amber necklace to wear during the day, have any of you guys tried it? I would rather not use the teething tablets. I have a teething pacifier she will use sometimes but not long. What do you recommend?
