Afraid of vomit?

Anyone afraid of vomiting?  Especially when you eat ur favorite food..... It will soon come June Preggers 🤒😮🤒

It is definitely a phobia. My husband thinks I should just let it happen but I literally do everything in my power to prevent it

Yes, I am pretty scared of it. It was a huge phobia as a kid and still a big dread. I'm more scared of morning sickness than of giving birth. So far, so good. 6 weeks 5 days today.

Terrified I feel that vomiting is in my near future everyday nausea gets worse n worse. N I'm terrified I hate throwing up ugh

I work as a nurse so at least I always have a sick bowl within running distance and plenty of toilets to hide in!

Yep. It's terrifying. I've been in therapy for 6 months trying to get rid of this nightmare of a phobia, and it's much, much better than what it used to be, but this is a challenge. I feel totally fine for now, at 5 weeks 2 days, but it's a bit early to tell. I'm so scared that feeling nauseous will bring me back to where I was before I started my therapy. 😭

I have been dealing with a vomiting phobia since I was little. I can't believe how common this is after reading the comments.

I never threw up with my first pregnancy... hoping I am lucky during this one too!

I just started to feel nausea last friday, i even hate when i have the flu, but life must go on and just treat it like the flu 😝

My phobia is vomiting! Luckily I've not experienced it with this pregnancy as of yet, touch wood!

I am so scared, I hold it back. I have committed twice in my life. So I feel nauseous with no relief. 😕
