NOT having regular sex acne

I haven't had sex in 3 going on 4 weeks and my face is starting to break out and I'm moody. Can that happen from not having sex? My bf and had sex all the time, but we've both been busy and I had a period during one of those weeks. Anyway just curious. Thanks!
