Immune system issues?

Anyone else feel like it's one thing after another with their body since getting pregnant? My goodness, I had a root canal done 3 days before my BFP (had a negative test the morning of and thought we'd actually completely missed the window anyway this month) so I had antibiotics to make sure the infection didn't flare back up; then I discovered a couple small rashes which look like ringworm; today I'm feeling the onset of a horrible (I believe inner) ear infection which I think was related to the infected tooth I had and just now finally got to problem level; and now I'm seeing a slight discharge that makes me think I may have a yeast infection which is common after antibiotics and I had 2 sets of those within a month (when the tooth was infected and then after the root canal because it'd been a couple weeks and they wanted to make sure it didn't flare back up).

I'm only 4 weeks pregnant. This has all been within the last couple weeks. I know your immune system gets more vulnerable during pregnancy but come on now! I didn't have this many issues with my son... anyone else having health issues out the wazoo??
