Data loss

I already emailed support. But I'm just curious if this has happened to anyone else. I lost all of my cycle data. It says days-5 cycle length-24 for every single month for the last three years which is highly inaccurate!!! I've been tracking everything for 3 years and it's just gone? That is so so disheartening! Ever happen to you? Did you get your correct logs back? Or was it a total loss?
